A STATEMENT OF AMBITION, PURPOSE & GLOBAL INTENT

A powerhouse of dual identity, Norwegian-Ghanaian artist Akuvi is redefining the Afro-R&B space through a bold blend of neo-soul and alté influences. By weaving together Ewe, English, and Norwegian, her music serves as a bridge between continents, backed by the haunting vocal depth and magnetic energy that have made her a household name in Norway and a rising star in West Africa.

From voicing Disney and Netflix characters to performing on massive platforms like Melodi Grand Prix, her multidisciplinary talent is as vast as her sound.

APPROACH

"Samora Central took a lead role in conceptualizing an integrated, multi-market PR offensive that bridged the gap between diverse regional audiences.

The goal was to build a cohesive brand story that championed African excellence and forward-thinking collaboration. Understanding the fragmented nature of the continental media landscape, we developed a strategy that balanced broad-spectrum reach with high-precision cultural relevance.

Our execution focused on embedding this narrative into the platforms and publications that hold the most authority in shaping modern African music and lifestyle. By doing so, we didn't just share a story—we established a benchmark for how African creative projects can maintain a consistent, powerful identity while appealing to a wide-reaching, multi-national audience."
